Membership:

Over the years the Mukilteo Lighthouse has guided everything from freighters and bootleggers to aircraft and pleasure boats. In continuous operation since 1906, it is one of the few remaining wooden lighthouses in the Pacific Northwest.

The Mukilteo Historical Society works closely with the United States Coast Guard and the City of Mukilteo to preserve this important piece of our heritage. One of the great benefits of membership is the opportunity to volunteer to work at the lighthouse.

•   Share our remarkable history with people from around the

world and make new friends in the community.

•   There are many volunteer opportunites from a one-time activity

to in-depth projects such as taking a regular shift at the lighthouse, or researching an aspect of our history.
